We have a tenure-track opening at the rank of Assistant Professor in Personality and Social Psychology along at Saginaw Valley State University. SVSU is located in beautiful mid-Michigan, near the cities of Midland, Bay City, and Saginaw (about 1.5 hours north of Detroit or Ann Arbor for reference). The area is beautiful, clean, safe, and it is a great place to live with a reasonable cost of living. Our faculty are contracted to 24 credits per academic year (fall/winter). We are looking for someone to teach Social Psychology, Social Psychology Lab, Theories of Personality, Personality Lab, and General/Introductory Psychology on our campus in person. Other courses may also become part of the regular teaching rotation, such as Experimental Design, Statistics, or other specialty courses within the successful candidate’s specific area of expertise. Optional additional courses during the spring/summer are available for extra pay.
