STP's Keynote Presenter Grant Committee (formerly the Conference Speaker Grant Committee) is now accepting applications for the spring round of funding. Consistent with our Mission Statement and the Statement on Addressing Systemic Racism and Inequity in STP (located in the STP Policies and Procedures Manual), we encourage applications from colleagues who are from underrepresented groups and have diverse backgrounds and experiences.
The grant program is open to those who coordinate any gathering of psychology teachers from 4-year colleges and universities, 2-year colleges, or high schools. Please note that the program does not fund presenters for conferences in which STP has provided other sources of funding.
Each year, STP provides funding to grant recipients in the amount of $1500 per presenter/conference. This money will provide travel reimbursement for the presenter, and the conference will be expected to fund (or waive) the presenter’s registration. Please note that STP may fund a presenter for more than $1500 travel reimbursement when special circumstances exist (e.g., international presenter, necessary accommodations).
Applicants for this grant program must be members of STP.
All reimbursable travel expenses must comply with STP's Travel Reimbursement Guidelines.
Submit your application (login required).
