    The Department of Psychology in the College of the Pacific at the University of the Pacific invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position beginning August 2025. The Department specializes in Health-Related and Applied areas of Psychology and is looking for faculty whose expertise will both complement and expand those of current faculty. We are especially interested in candidates with demonstrated expertise in the conceptual and experimental (basic or applied) foundations of behavior analysis. Potential applied specialty areas include, but are not restricted to, health and wellness, public health, aging, organizational behavior management, behavior therapies, education, developmental/intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and severe problem behavior. The primary responsibilities include: Teaching four courses per academic year; mentoring and advising undergraduate and graduate students; engaging in scholarly activity; publishing in academic and professional journals and presenting at academic and professional conferences; and serving on departmental, college, and University committees. Anticipated hiring range is $72-74k.
