    The Department of Psychology in the W. H. Sutton School of Social Sciences at Ouachita Baptist University invites applications for two tenure-track appointments in Psychology to begin August 2024. The successful candidate will exhibit excellent teaching in the context of a liberal arts education; scholarly activity in the field; a collegial commitment to professional, university, departmental, and community service; and a Christian commitment consistent with the University’s vision, mission, and values. Strong quantitative skills are essential. A PhD in Psychology or a related field by August 2024 is preferred (although ABD candidates may be considered). Area of specialization is open. Teaching expectations typically include four courses each semester. Research activities that emphasize undergraduate student collaboration are expected.
