The Indiana University Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences is seeking applications for a full-time non-tenure track Lecturer whose responsibilities will consist primarily of undergraduate teaching and outreach to industry to foster internship opportunities. We invite applications from candidates deeply committed to innovative undergraduate education in the broad areas of organizational and business psychology, industrial-organizational psychology, human factors, or consumer psychology. We seek candidates who are especially interested in the application of cutting-edge diversity science and/or psychological, social, cognitive, neural, or computational science approaches to business settings and related processes, including industrial and organizational psychology, consumer behavior, and management.. Preference will be given to candidates with a demonstrated commitment to cutting-edge pedagogical methods or comparable experience in industry.
This will be a Lecturer faculty appointment beginning with a 3 year renewable appointment and opportunities for promotion to Senior Lecturer, then Teaching Professor.
