The Department of Psychology at the University of Victoria (Victoria, British Columbia, Canada) invites applications for a two-year limited-term Assistant Teaching Professor position to commence July 1, 2025. The successful applicant will be expected to teach 7 term-length courses per year (typically a 3-3-1 distribution with the ability to teach more than one class per course topic). Teaching assignments will include core undergraduate courses in Statistics and/or Research Methods and at least one of the stream areas of Lifespan Development or Mind and Brain. Limited-Term Assistant Teaching Professors in Psychology are not expected to supervise graduate or undergraduate student research but can serve on students’ committees if desired.
