The Western Kentucky University Psychology Department (www.wku.edu/psychology/) is seeking a qualified applicant for a Visiting Assistant or Associate Professor position in Forensic Psychology.  Employment begins with the Fall 2019 Semester.  The one-year appointment may transition to a regular tenure-eligible position contingent upon the availability of funding as well as recommendation of the department, dean, and provost approval. We welcome applicants with doctorates in psychology whose training included an emphasis in forensic psychology.

Responsibilities for the position include oversight of the Bachelor's concentration in Forensic Psychology (https://www.wku.edu/psychology/psy_undergrad.php), teaching undergraduate coursework, conducting scholarly research and publishing, engage in appropriate university and professional service, and advising undergraduates.

Review of applications will begin February 1. The application can be found here: https://wku.interviewexchange.com/jobofferdetails.jsp?JOBID=106126.

Prospective applicants are welcome to contact the search committee chair, Jenni Redifer, at jenni.redifer@wku.edu with any questions.
