SAGE Publications and the Society for the Teaching of Psychology are pleased to announce a SAGE-sponsored travel award for STP members planning to travel to APA.
The Teaching Innovations & Professional Development Award is designed to defray costs for an early career faculty member and a graduate student who wish to attend the STP (Division 2) programming at the American Psychological Association Convention.
One graduate student and one untenured, early career faculty member will each receive a $1250 travel grant.
To be eligible to apply, applicants must satisfy the following conditions:
- Applicant must be a member of the Society for the Teaching of Psychology (STP) at the time of the application.
- Applicant must either be enrolled in a Psychology Graduate Program or be an early career faculty member (within 7 years post-doctorate or within 7 years of beginning full-time college teaching, whichever comes first).
We will soon be accepting applications for the 2016 Sage Travel Award in the upcoming year. Completed applications should be sent to Scott Brandhorst at email@example.com along with a current CV. Review of applications will begin April 1, 2016 and will continue until the award has been made.
